LOVE & LEMON
Terms and Conditions
Using the Love & Lemon recipe collection
Purpose and scope
Last updated: 6 October 2026. These terms describe ordinary use of the Love & Lemon recipe website at loveandlemon.co.uk. The site provides food ideas, ingredient lists, cooking methods, and related information for readers browsing the collection. It does not currently sell goods, take payment, provide paid memberships, or offer a registered account service. The terms should be read alongside the Privacy Policy and Disclaimer, which explain information handling and the limits of recipe guidance. Nothing in this page creates an unlisted purchase agreement or describes a service that is not actually available. Questions about these terms can be sent to loveandlemons@gmail.com.
Browsing and personal cooking use
You may read the publicly available pages, follow the recipes in your own kitchen, and use the provided print function for personal reference. You do not need to create an account to browse. Choose recipes according to your ingredients, equipment, available time, and personal requirements. The material is general information rather than a tailored instruction service for an individual reader. Printing a recipe or bookmarking its address does not give you ownership of its written content or photographs. It also does not establish a paid support arrangement or a guarantee that someone will advise you while you cook.
Responsible use of the website
Use the pages and contact route in a way that does not disrupt the website or other readers. Do not attempt to obtain private hosting credentials, gain unauthorised access, or interfere with the normal delivery of pages. Do not use the contact address to send threats, harassment, deceptive requests, or unrelated bulk messages. If you discover an ordinary broken link or display problem, report it with enough context to identify the affected page. These expectations apply to conduct, not to polite disagreement with a recipe or reasonable criticism. Readers can raise concerns about content without being required to endorse the site's approach.
Recipe status and practical judgement
The recipes are original editorial drafts and have not been independently kitchen-tested. Ingredient brands, produce size, equipment, and technique can affect the outcome. Read the whole method and check for soaking, chilling, proving, or cooling periods before starting. Use the texture and doneness notes alongside the suggested time. If a result differs from the photograph, that difference alone does not show that food is ready or safe to eat. A recipe page cannot observe your kitchen or the condition of your ingredients. You need to make practical decisions based on the food and equipment actually in front of you.
Dietary needs and nutrition estimates
Recipe categories help readers find ideas, but they do not certify every ingredient or product. Vegetarian dishes can contain eggs or dairy, while a suggested vegan variation may depend on the replacement products used. Read packaging for allergens, ingredients, and handling directions. Approximate nutrition figures are supplied for the stated base recipe and serving, without a complete verified nutrient analysis. They are not an individual medical recommendation or a promise of health benefits. If you need a precise dietary calculation, use the actual products and quantities you choose and obtain suitable advice for any requirements that cannot be answered by general recipe information.
Photographs and other materials
Photographs show the general dish and presentation, rather than prove testing of the exact written formula. Text, images, and design elements may be protected by intellectual-property rights held by their respective owners. Do not assume that a visible photograph carries an unrestricted licence to download, redistribute, or publish it commercially. Following a cooking method is separate from copying a page's wording or photography into another publication. If you want to reproduce material beyond ordinary personal reference, ask about the relevant permission first. This page does not make a blanket ownership claim over all supplied images or grant rights the site is not entitled to grant.
Attribution and requests to reuse content
If you discuss a recipe elsewhere, make clear which website you are referring to and avoid implying endorsement or a formal relationship. A link to a public page is different from copying its full contents. Please contact loveandlemons@gmail.com for a specific reproduction or image enquiry, identifying the material and intended use. A request does not amount to permission, and silence should not be treated as approval. Any permission given for a particular use needs to be understood in its own scope. Nothing here is intended to remove exceptions or rights that applicable law provides independently of these terms.
Feedback and email correspondence
You can send relevant questions, correction requests, and cooking feedback through the contact address. Only provide information you are comfortable sharing, and avoid confidential financial, identity, or health details. If you attach a screenshot, remove unrelated personal information first. Sending feedback does not transfer ownership of everything you submit, grant an unlimited publication licence, or make you responsible for the site's editorial decisions. Any request to publish your photograph, name, or substantive contribution should be addressed separately. The site does not currently have a public comments system, so emailing a message does not automatically publish it for other readers to see.
Recipe-update requests
The current homepage email box prepares a request in your own email application. It does not add your address to a database or establish that newsletter delivery has begun. You can review, edit, or cancel the prepared email. No paid subscription is created, and the page does not charge you for the request. If an automated mailing programme is introduced, its real sign-up, consent, and unsubscribe arrangements must be explained at that time. These terms do not describe future mailing frequency or promise a particular set of messages. Check the actual confirmation and notice for any service offered later rather than relying on a placeholder feature.
Availability and changes to content
Webpages may change as material is edited, corrected, or reorganised. A printed recipe can therefore differ from a later version online. Hosting, network, browser, or device problems may also affect access. The site does not promise uninterrupted availability or a guaranteed response time for enquiries. If a recipe correction matters to your planned meal, consult the current page before starting and read the change in its full context. These practical limits do not grant permission to mislead readers or ignore applicable obligations. The purpose of updating information should be to keep the available pages useful and appropriately described.
Outside services and advertising
Email messages pass through the providers used by the sender and recipient. Those services have their own terms and account settings. The website cannot control whether your device has an email application installed or how your provider delivers a message. Reserved advertisement areas do not currently contain live advertising scripts or publisher identifiers. They do not indicate endorsement by an ad network or guarantee advertising approval. If outside links, advertising, or additional services are connected later, the relevant relationship and information practices need to be clear. A future commercial feature should not be treated as already covered by an unlisted sale or membership arrangement.
Limits that remain subject to applicable law
The material is general recipe information, and results or suitability cannot be guaranteed for every reader. However, no statement on this page is intended to exclude rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. This includes any mandatory protections applicable to the particular circumstances. These terms do not claim that all liability disappears merely because a reader opened a webpage, and they do not impose a blanket indemnity or waive access to legitimate complaint routes. The operator's legal identity, governing arrangements, and any future commercial service require their own confirmation. A domain ending in .co.uk does not, by itself, resolve every legal or organisational question.
Questions, interpretation, and updates
If a term seems unclear, contact loveandlemons@gmail.com and identify the section you are asking about. Read the page as a whole, alongside the current features it describes, rather than extending one sentence to cover an unrelated service. The date at the top identifies this version; material changes should be reflected in the wording when they occur. The terms are a draft for the described recipe website and need review against the actual operator and live arrangements. They do not nominate a court, invent an office address, or promise legal compliance for an unconfirmed organisation. Mandatory applicable law takes priority over any inconsistent wording.
